Georgia believes in the power of the natural world! She also knows we each have incredible power at the end of our forks. An outdoor enthusiast who loves plant-based cooking (and eating), she especially enjoys preparing picnics for camping, hiking, and kayaking adventures with family and friends.
A vegetarian since childhood, Georgia experienced the transformative healing of whole plant-based foods during the covid pandemic--a time of high stress and worry. After switching to a whole-food plant-based (WFPB) diet in 2020, her energy and feelings of happiness sky-rocketed.
"I couldn't believe how quickly my stress and worry were dramatically decreased by simply switching up the foods at the end of my fork! And I was eating more and losing weight without trying, and there was the added bonus of saving money on groceries. Truly, I've never felt better," she says. This eventually led Georgia to become certified as a Plant-Based Coach, through the Food Revolution Network. Georgia wants to encourage and support others in their health journey through food and lifestyle.
